Love the book & really good idea to have such drawing things. Happy with my purchasing.
It’s such an enjoyable way of drawing. This journal helped me with my meditation. It’s easier for me to stay focused whilst drawing. Thanks 🤩
I’ve been using the Kalmify Journal for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become my go-to tool for finding a moment of calm in a busy day. As a mum, life can feel hectic, and this journal offers a simple, creative way to pause, breathe, and reconnect with myself.
What I love most is how approachable it feels. There’s no pressure to be perfect—just gentle prompts that guide you into mindful drawing. Some days I use the Trace Your Breath section to ground myself, other days I enjoy the freedom of Free Form. Each page really helps me slow down and focus on the present moment.
The design is beautiful, with 100% recycled paper and a sturdy, elegant cover. It feels calming to hold and inspiring to use. Kalmify isn’t just a journal—it’s a sanctuary on paper, offering small yet meaningful moments of peace and creativity.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or simply looking for a creative way to unwind, the Kalmify Journal is a wonderfully gentle and effective tool.
This journal is hardback which I love, and arrived packaged beautifully. As someone who struggled to journal in the traditional way, this journal is very useful to practice mindfulness without necessarily thinking or re-hashing thoughts or experiences on paper. Its easier than something like meditation when your only focus is your thoughts because you are engaging with the activities. I feel its a powerful idea and will support those looking to ease into mindfulness (especially if you enjoy art!). Thank you for creating this.
What a great idea. I have been using the journal for a month now and really enjoy it. The idea of mindful drawing is brilliant. Beautiful Journal!
